Peanut Satay Sauce - Roasted Peanuts, Garlic Ginger, Lime Juice, Rice Wine Vinegar, Lime Juice, Sambal Sauce, Tamari Sauce

Organic Chicken Tenders

Recipe
1) Prep

Pat chicken tenders dry.

Lightly season with salt + pepper

Set out the Peanut Satay Sauce.

2) Cook the chicken

Pan-sear:

Heat a skillet over medium-high with a little oil.

Cook tenders 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

Oven:

Bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes.

Air fryer:

400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.

(Chicken is done when it reaches 165°F internally.)

3) Warm the sauce

Spoon the satay sauce into a small pot (or microwave-safe bowl).

Warm gently until smooth and pourable.

If needed, loosen with 1–2 Tbsp water.

4) Serve

Slice chicken or leave whole.

Drizzle sauce over top or serve as a dip.

Easy sides to round it out: rice, cucumbers, shredded carrots, or a simple salad + lime wedge.
Defrosting Guide
Thaw the chicken tenders in the refrigerator 24-48 hours prior to preparing.
