Massaman Curry Base - Coconut Milk, Garlic, Lemongrass, Fish Sauce, Thai Chili, Spices

Kaedama Ramen Noodles - unbleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), unenriched wheat flour, water, contains less than 2% of salt, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, riboflavin

Recipe

1) Prep

Slice mushrooms.

If broccoli is in larger pieces, cut to bite-size.

2) Build the broth

In a pot, add:

2 containers of Massaman curry base

2 cup of water

Bring to a gentle simmer.

3) Cook vegetables

Add mushrooms first; simmer 3 minutes.

Add broccoli; simmer 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.

4) Cook noodles

In a second pot of boiling water, cook ramen noodles per package directions (usually quick).

Drain well.

(Cooking noodles separately keeps the broth from getting starchy and lets leftovers hold up better.)

5) Taste + adjust

If you want it more brothy/milder: add water ¼–½ cup at a time.

Add a pinch of salt only if it needs it.

6) Assemble

Divide noodles into bowls.

Ladle broth + veggies over top.

Thaw curry in the refrigerator 24-28 hours prior to cooking.
