This version features organic chicken, fresh vegetables, and a miso-ginger sauce, finished with crunchy toppings and steamed rice.

1. STIR FRY THE CHICKEN & VEGETABLES
Pat the sliced chicken dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat until lightly smoking. Add a drizzle of oil and the chicken in a single layer.
Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, or until just cooked through.
Add the fresh-cut vegetables and stir-fry for another 3–5 minutes, until just tender.
Pour in the miso-ginger stir fry sauce and toss everything together until well coated. Let the sauce bubble and reduce slightly, about 1 minute.

2. WARM RICE
Place the rice in a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of water.
Cover with a lid or foil and heat over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Once warmed through, turn off the heat and keep covered until serving.

3. PLATE & SERVE
Divide the warm rice between serving bowls.
Top with the miso chicken and vegetables.
Garnish with toasted peanuts, crispy shallots, and sesame seeds.
