Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Thaw bagels at room temperature for 15 minutes, until they're just soft enough to indent with your finger.
Bake for 11-13 minutes, flip ‘em, and bake for another 11-13 minutes until the bagels have risen and achieved a golden-brown exterior.
Let bagels rest for 3-5 minutes. You can take a breather too, you've earned it.
