Warm Vegan Brie & Roasted Grape Crostini

Serves 4–6 | Ready in 25 minutes

Elegant, comforting, and bursting with flavor—this appetizer balances sweet roasted grapes with the rich, creamy tang of Rebel Cheese’s Cave-Aged Vegan Brie. A showstopper for holiday spreads, wine nights, or plant-based grazing boards.

Ingredients:
1 wedge Rebel Cheese Vegan Classic Cave-Aged Brie

1 cup Seedless Grapes, halved

1 tsp Olive Oil

1 tsp fresh thyme (or rosemary)

Pinch of sea salt

1 Baguette, sliced and toasted

Optional: drizzle of Keepers Harvest Raw Tallow Honey (for vegetarians, not vegan) or agave syrup

Instructions:
Roast the Grapes:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss halved grapes with olive oil, thyme, and a pinch of salt. Roast for 15 minutes, until softened and slightly jammy.

Warm the Brie:
Let Rebel Cheese Brie come to room temp, or warm gently in a low oven (wrapped in parchment) for 3–5 minutes to soften.

Toast the Bread:
While grapes roast, toast baguette slices until crisp and golden.

Assemble the Crostini:
Spread each toast with a generous layer of vegan brie. Top with roasted grapes and an optional drizzle of honey or agave. Garnish with extra herbs if desired.
