How to warm up Organic Green Lentil & Vegetable Soup

FROM FROZEN
- Turn upside down and run under room temperature water until soup is transferable
- Transfer to saucepan and add 2-3 oz of water
- Heat on med heat
- Stir every 2-3 minutes until desired temperature is met
