Inspired by the herbaceous chimichurri sauces of Argentina and Uruguay, our Red Chimichurri gets its color and natural sweetness from red bell peppers and Jimmy Nardello peppers. We make it in-house with fresh parsley and cilantro, capers, garlic, red wine vinegar, cumin, red pepper flakes, and Texas olive oil.

Bright, tangy, and herbaceous with a touch of sweetness and gentle chile heat, it brings freshness and acidity to grilled meats, roasted vegetables, potatoes, and grain bowls. Spoon it over steak or chicken, use it as a marinade, or add it to sandwiches and wraps for a punchy finish.
