Description
Char-grilled Texas sweet corn slathered with smoky morita butter and a tangy elote sauce, then finished with crumbled añejo cotija. Smoky, creamy, and just the right amount of kick — a backyard take on classic Mexican street corn.

INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Charcoal or wood fire embers will offer the richest taste. We recommend starting a fire at least an hour before you plan to cook. If not using a grill, a broiler or oven set at its max setting should be used.
Step 1 Shuck the corn and remove the husks and silk.
Step 2 Coat the corn generously with morita butter and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3 Grill the corn on all sides until browned and fragrant.
Step 4 Roll the corn in elote sauce, then coat with crumbled cotija cheese and chopped cilantro.
Step 5 Serve with lime slices on the side.
