Buffalo Sauce - Unsalted Butter (Cream, Natural Flavors), Hot Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Paprika, Cayenne, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion
Recipe
1) Prep (5–10 minutes)

Heat oven to 450°F (or 425°F if you prefer less browning risk).

Cut both cauliflowers into bite-size florets.

Pat dry (helps crisp).

2) Roast to crisp (20–25 minutes)

Toss florets with 2–3 Tbsp oil + salt (optional pepper).

Spread in a single layer on 1–2 sheet pans (don’t overcrowd).

Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway, until browned and tender-crisp.

3) Sauce (2 minutes)

Toss hot cauliflower with Farmhouse Kitchen Buffalo Sauce to coat.

Start with ½ jar, add more to taste.

For extra “sticky” wings-style, put sauced cauliflower back in the oven 5 minutes.

4) Plate + serve (2 minutes)

Serve with fresh-cut celery and Farmhouse Kitchen Buttermilk Ranch for dipping.
