Description
Slow-roasted until golden and tender, our organic pasture-raised whole rotisserie chicken is seasoned with a bold Jamaican Jerk rub layered with earthy allspice, smoked paprika, cracked pepper, and dried chiles. A hint of garlic and warm cinnamon rounds out the blend, giving it depth, heat, and just the right edge of sweetness. Raised on native grasses in the Texas Blackland Prairie, this bird delivers rich, natural flavor with a smoky, spicy finish.
Heating Instructions:
Oven Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the chicken: Place the whole rotisserie chicken in an oven-safe dish or roasting pan.
-Cover with foil: Loosely tent aluminum foil over the chicken to trap steam and keep the skin from burning.
-Reheat for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) (check with a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the breast).
-Crisp the skin (optional): Remove the foil for the last 5–10 minutes to let the skin crisp up.
-Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
