Quality Seafood began in 1938 as a simple stand on Congress Avenue. Although the business has changed owners and locations several times throughout the years, they've always been Texas loyal. The addition of a dining room and more exotic offerings such as ahi tuna laid an important foundation for what Quality Seafood is today.

Today it is owned and operated by Carol Huntsberger who has expanded the business inside and out with renovations, expanded menu, and a popular new oyster bar.
